The relations with hotel institutes

ALMA promotes intense and stimulating relations with hotel institutes, professional education centres and culinary schools in our country, besides creating tailor-made projects for students and teachers.

Through an agreement with the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), ALMA is certified as an updating centre for teachers of hotel institutes.

ALMA is also a protagonist in the project, the realization and the jury of many contests for young talents of Italian Restoration, and every year it promotes the "Summer School" course, a whole week conceived as a premium for the best students in food and beverage, restaurant
management and hospitality.

Upon request, ALMA is glad to welcome guided visit to its Headquarters, in order to better illustrate the world of the International School of Italian Cuisine.
