ALMA library is one of the most important in this field, with over 10.000 volumes and a complete collection of food and beverage specialized newspapers and magazines, divided into one hundred subjects to simplify the research and to help study the lessons in depth.

In support of students' cultural formation, gastronomic literature, art, cinema and theatre, history and culture, ancient people's cuisine, wines and sensory analysis flank more classical books on cuisine and gastronomy, dietetics and food education, gastronomic guides and books of recipes of the greatest Italian and International cooks.

The library is furthermore provided with computers and an Internet point at students' disposal for their researches.
