Inside Alma’s headquarters is a room given over entirely to Pastry-making, with 20 fully-equipped workstations arranged along a long marble work surface.

This room is equipped with the very best tools used for professional pastry-making.

Each student has a complete set of tools available to follow the lesson step by step with the Chef.
