ALMA Summer School

A taste of ALMA's high level of professionalism

The ALMA Summer School is an advanced training course consisting of hands-on and theory lessons given by our in-house teachers and/or special guests plus educational visits in the "Food Valley".

The week is reserved for 20 cooking students and 20 waiting students attending the 5th year at Italian Hotelier Institutes, and takes place from late July to early August.

ALMA offers meals, accommodation and transport from Parma to Colorno; participants cover only travel costs to and from Parma.
