ALMA Caseus
ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine, is proud to introduce ALMA Caseus, an International contest dedicated to the world of cheese, a competition aiming at enhancing the high-quality of Italian gastronomic resources by presenting cheese products and cheese producers.
Following the example of the great International contests, traditionally related to cheese context and culture, ALMA Caseus represents the most complete competition in Italy in terms of applying technical and professional skills, such as cutting and serving, communicating cheese characteristics and origin, and most of all seizing the importance of product quality.
The event is organized in collaboration with Fiere di Parma and will take place in the framework of CIBUS - XVI International Food Exhibition, Parma, May 7th to 10th 2012.
