almavivaALMA VIVA is a yearly appointment for ALMA to celebrate the Italian Cuisine with meetings, demonstrations and cultural and gastronomic events, involving cooks, teachers, students, journalists, institutions and companies that support its activity in Italy and in the world.

10.00 a.m.: Opening of historical exposition “The Origins of Food and Beverage formation in Hotel Schools. Illustrations from Stresa collection”.
Hours 10.30 a.m.-1.00 p.m.:
Meeting with the International Schools of Cuisine: “Forming worldwide restoration and Italian Cuisine”
Hours 10.00 a.m.-6.00 p.m.:
Open Workshop

Demo 1: Cuisine from Korea
