Advanced Course of Italian Pastry, 11th edition opening 2012 ALMA Academic year
The 11th edition of ALMA Advanced Course of Italian Pastry opened the academic year 2012, with 40 students who decided to face a 7-month program and obtain a certificate of Professional Pastry Cook. The course was splitted into two sections, in order to assure every student the same high teaching standard.
The President of ALMA Albino Ivardi Ganapini joined the presentation and reminded the students that the course will give them a chance to work with some of the most important Masters of Italian pastry. Which therefore represents a unique opportunity to become professionals and a lifetime experience.
ALMA Pastry course is structured on two different parts as follows: an in-school program of 15 weeks at ALMA Headquarters in Colorno (Parma), including over 500 hours of lessons, training sessions and field trips, and an internship of 15 weeks at a most renowned pastry shop or laboratory in Italy.
