Opening of ALMA Basic Techniques Course, 16th edition
On Tuesday, March 27th the 16th edition of ALMA Basic Techniques Course was officially opened.
The course now includes 60 students (including 44 male students) who are divided into three sections, for the first time.Seven are the International students, coming from Colombia, Belarus, Venezuela and Liberia.
The Basic Technique Course includes several subjects of study, such as fundamentals of Italian cuisine, pastry and HACCP, and represents the first step on ALMA professional culinary journey. In fact, this course is preparatory for a possible admission to the Advanced Course in Italian Cuisine.
The present edition will come to an end on May 25th.
