Courses with the Leading International Schools

ALMA has established a close cooperation with some of the leading international Cuisine Schools.

ALMA organizes Italian Cuisine Courses including theoretical and practical lessons in Colorno, and periods of internship in the most prestigious Italian restaurants. At the end of each course, ALMA and the partner School will release a joint certificate.
