• Collaborate with ALMA to help consolidate the International School of Italian Cuisine
• Develop the network of alumni to foster relations between former students with a further goal of actively promoting the collaboration of the operative situations they are part of
• Offer the testimony of their associates to anyone interested in attending ALMA’s courses
