Training

One of the purposes of the association of alumni will be the promotion of activities, special events and research into themes of scientific and cultural interest in the field of gastronomy.

The ultimate goal is to satisfy the demand and necessity for continuous training and this could be realized thanks to:

• tailor-made courses given by the alumni themselves
• courses carried out by sector companies
• participation in modules or entire courses at ALMA
