- To request information on the courses organised by ALMA, please contact the education secretary’s office by e-mail at segreteria@scuolacucina.it indicating which Course interests you.
- To request information on ALMA Wine Academy and the Superior Sommelier Course please contact Giulia Beccarelli by e-mail at giulia.beccarelli@scuolacucina.it.
If you attach your Curriculum Vitae to your e-mail, we will be able to assess your suitability for the Course indicated (for the Advanced Course in Italian Cuisine selection will be made from a list based on qualifications and work experience).
