ALMA and Paco Torreblanca

The international pastry chef have met ALMA students for a lesson on what does it mean to be a great pastry chef

"The greatest chef, pastry and gourmet in Spain", so famous chef Ferran Adrià, defines Paco Torreblanca as a master and symbol of pastry that combines art, technique and innovation.

Master Torreblanca met ALMA students by explaining the importance of passion, "actitud" as defined by him, necessary to carry out the pastry chef.

The creations of Torreblanca, from sculptures that refer to contemporary artwork to his Panettone, are the expression with which the master communicates to the world his gastronomic thinking.
