The competition for IPSSARs specialising in cheese

ALMA Caseus is our national competition focusing on the world of cheese, a competition designed to enhance the image of this great gastronomic heritage through products and professionals in the sector.

Following the example of great international competitions, historically linked to the culture of cheese, ALMA Caseus is the most comprehensive in Italy as far as professional expertise is concerned, from cutting to serving to communicating the characteristics and origin of cheese to the quality and knowledge of the products themselves.

Renato Brancaleoni is ALMA Caseus Director, internationally renowned cheese connoisseur and ALMA lecturer. He has enthusiastically offered his expertise to a project that aims to focus not only on products with a long and rich heritage, but also on professionals in the world of cheese who are the ambassadors of a great Italian food tradition.
