Special Program | Like an Italian
“Like an Italian” is the one of the short-courses made by ALMA.
It is a program aimed at international students who wish to approach the Italian basics, explore the country and discover the excellences of Italian Gastronomy in a brand new way.
Structured in 2 weeks of residential phase in ALMA and a 1 optional month of traineeship, “Like an Italian”, following the “ALMA Method”, combines:
- Field trips around the Italian Food Valley
- Cooking classes and recipes
- Masterclasses
- Wine lessons
- Demo and tasting lesson
- Food studies
