Graduated in Political Economy and Public Relations, Mario Marini was councillor for Personnel, Technological Innovation and Tourism during two different administrations in Parma. His experience, includes that as retail manager for Parmacotto. In recent years he has decided to dedicate himself to cooking and tourism, following his diploma from ALMA, he opened the farmhouse “Il cielo di Strela” in the Parma hills and is now also ALMA Ambassador at events and exhibitions in the sector.
