From ALMA’S collaboration with Edizioni Plan comes an editorial project which proposes a new approach to combining school education and profession. Up-to-date materials elaborated on and experimented by the most renowned chefs, pastry chefs and sommeliers are utilised to train the upcoming generations of restaurant and food and beverage industry professionals.
