Her nature led her to choose the Liceo delle Scienze Umane (Human Sciences High School) as her educational path, but it was at university that Anna Comazzetto gave definite shape to what would become her profession, guided by her love of food and the culture that revolves around this soul of our country’s identity. A three-year degree in Gastronomic Sciences in Parma and a subsequent master’s degree in Italian Food and Wine in Padua propelled her definitively into the world of gastronomy, an environment in which she decided to spend her first working experiences, from waitress to assistant chef and pastry chef, to an internship in a brewery, learning about the selection of raw materials, production and bottling.
All this served to make her a curious, dynamic mind, always looking for new stimuli and new angles.
This is why she gladly accepted the role of assistant to the professors of Gastronomic Culture and Sustainability at ALMA, closing a personal and professional circle and opening a new chapter in her career, this time as a teacher.
