After obtaining his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Economics from the University of Parma, Antonio Cassano began his career with ALMA, first as a student in the Master’s programme in F&B Management. After expanding his skills with other specialisation courses, he attended the Master’s programme in Restaurant Revenue Management at the prestigious Cornell University in New York.
Passionate about process efficiency, he obtained Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification at the Leanprove School of Management in Florence, specialising in lean management techniques for optimising business processes in the catering sector.
As a professional coach accredited by the International Coach Federation and Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence, the two most authoritative international organisations in the sector, he has been dedicated for many years to promoting coaching as a leadership style in corporate management culture.
Currently an entrepreneur and consultant in Food & Beverage Management, he regularly conducts specialised training in management control, business process optimisation, menu engineering and revenue management in catering companies. He is a lecturer at ALMA in the Master’s in F&B Management and in the Restaurant Revenue Management course.
