Davide Finardi

After graduating from the Magnaghi Hotel Management School in Salsomaggiore Terme as a Restaurant and Bar Service Operator, Davide Finardi embarked on a long journey of experience in the field, putting himself to the test in a variety of different and “formative” roles in prestigious locations, from the mountains of Switzerland to the beaches of Forte dei Marmi in Versilia.

ARQUADE Restaurant 2 ** Michelin stars at the Relais Chateaux Hotel Villa del Quar 5* Pedemonte (VR), the Relais&Chateaux 2* Michelin star Hotel Restaurant IL PELLICANO in Sbarcatello Monte sull’Argentario (GR), the Badrutt’s Palace Hotel 5*L in Saint Moritz, the Montana Lodge & SPA 5* in La Thuile (AO) and Restaurant La Magnolia 1* Michelin star, the Hotel Byron 5*S, Via Enrico Morin n° 46 55042 Forte dei Marmi (LU) are just some of the establishments that have seen him in action.

In 2021, he joined ALMA as Head Waiter at the Convivio 43 Restaurant inside the School, before moving on to teaching service practices in the Dining Room, Bar, and Sommellerie courses.
