Luca Torsani

After graduating in Literature and Philosophy from the Catholic University of Milan, Luca Torsani obtained a Master’s Degree in Tourism Quality and Management, leading his career to take a decisive turn towards the world of hospitality. His experience as Assistant Manager at the Butlers Chocolate Café in Dublin was decisive, leading him towards a career in the dining room.

After working as Chef De Rang first at the Principe di Savoia in Milan, 5*L, then at the Povero Diavolo in Rimini, * Michelin star, he also tried his hand at organising events and meetings, and as Cellar Manager, before arriving at ALMA where he began to reshape his profession. Starting out as Chef de Rang, he began to breathe in the educational atmosphere of the school, eventually becoming a lecturer on wines and drinking culture to both Italian and international students.
