Wine Consultant, award-winning AIS sommelier in national and international competitions, coordinator of the Advanced Course in Dining Room, Bar and Sommellerie at ALMA, lecturer at AIS, the prestigious Italian Sommelier Association, and contributing teacher in the Master of Food and Wine programme at IULM University in Milan.
