Simone Spartà obtained his IPSSAR diploma at G. Marcora in Piacenza and subsequently enriched his training with a series of specialization courses as a Coffee Expert and Bartender, obtaining the first level AIS (Italian Sommelier Association) certification.
After gaining experience as a waiter and barman at Tonale in Milano Marittima, he joined ALMA in 2018 as a Commis de Salle, before becoming Chef de Rang and finally Bar Manager of the school’s Caffè Italia. Despite his young age, his professionalism has allowed him to take up a teaching position as a lecturer in Mixology and Coffee Making in the Dining Room, Bar, and Sommellerie Course.
