With a degree in Agricultural Sciences from the U.C.S.C. in Piacenza, she has always worked in the wine industry, moving on to a Protection Consortium (Colli Piacentini) and the agricultural credit department of a bank (Popolare Commercio & Industria) while writing as a freelancer for trade publications.
In 2000, she became a freelance journalist and in 2005 she founded the magazine “VQ” for the publisher Phytoline, which was acquired in 2006 by Tecniche Nuove (Milan), with whom he collaborated until December 2018 as editor-in-chief, even after the merger (January 2017) with “Vignevini” and the transformation into “VVQ”. Since 2019, he has been a freelance communication specialist in agricultural and agro-industrial B2B.
In September 2021, she obtained a Master’s degree in Marketing and Digital Communication from the 24Ore Business School. A columnist for the magazine Imbottigliamento, she is the author of dozens of articles on viticulture, oenology, brewing and distillation, and co-author of several books on viticulture and oenology, the latest of which – Il vigneto sostenibile (The Sustainable Vineyard), written jointly with Valeria Fasoli – was published in 2022. She teaches on the AIS Level I courses in Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia, on the ALMA-AIS Level IV Master’s Degree in Wine Marketing and Communication at ALMA and on the Master’s Degree in Communication for the Wine Sector and the Territory at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Brescia, Faculty of Sociology.
Since 2024, he has been Editor-in-Chief of VVQ Vigne, Vini e Qualità (Vineyards, Wines and Quality) and coordinator of the vine sector of Terra è vita (Earth is Life).
