After graduating from high school, Erica D’Alessandro decided to pursue her passion for cooking and, after almost 10 years, enrolled in ALMA’s cooking courses, obtaining her diploma and setting a clear path for her professional future.
Her experiences include working with big names in fine dining, such as Chef Riccardo Camanini’s Ristorante Lido 84 and Chef Michelangelo Mammoliti’s Ristorante La Madernassa.
Then came her “return home”: Erica D’Alessandro joined ALMA as a sous-chef and quickly earned the title of teacher, working with both Italian and international students.
