Ivano Dolciotti

For over 25 years, he has been conducting research, consulting and teaching in the field of Economics and Business Management, with a particular focus on industrial and distribution companies operating in the consumer goods and out-of-home consumption sectors.

He collaborates assiduously with the Department of Economics and Business Sciences at the University of Parma, where he has taught/teaches on the following postgraduate Master’s programmes and advanced management courses.

He has lectured at the Department of Food Science at the University of Parma as part of the COMET Master’s programme: Culture, Organisation and Marketing of Local Food and Wine.

He is a member of the Executive Committee of the 1st level Master’s programme in Retail and Brand Management at the University of Parma, Department of Economics and Business.

He collaborates with ‘Studio Marca’ (Parma), a management and business organisation consulting firm. His work is mainly focused on research, support, design and implementation of training courses for industrial companies and commercial distribution companies.

He has taught/teaches on the Master’s Degree in Food & Beverage Management, the Advanced Course in Dining Room, Bar & Sommellerie and the ALMA-AIS Master’s Degree.

 

He has held the following positions:

  • Adjunct professor at the University of Parma – Faculty of Agriculture, Degree Course in Gastronomic Sciences. Teaching: Management and Control Systems in Catering Companies.
  • Adjunct professor at the University of Parma – Faculty of Pharmacy, Degree Course in Scientific Information on Medicines. Teaching: Market Techniques and Policy.
  • Adjunct professor at the University of Parma – Faculty of Pharmacy, Degree Course in Herbal Sciences and Health Products. Teaching: Economics and Management of Agricultural and
  • Agro-industrial Businesses.
