Originally from Pisticci (Matera), she began her experience in the restaurant world as a young girl when, during her studies, she worked during the summer and winter seasons in various seaside and mountain tourist resorts. Having become a true passion, hospitality became the common thread of her professional career. After several experiences, including those at Massimo Bottura’s Osteria Francescana and the Santini family’s Pescatore, she joined ALMA in 2015 as a tutor for the Dining Room, Bar and Sommellerie course. Today, she is a lecturer and coordinator and is also responsible for MATER, the teaching restaurant where the course’s practical service lessons take place.
