Massimo Gelati

He graduated in mechanical engineering and food plant engineering from the University of Parma and in 1992 obtained his professional engineering licence. His first professional experience was as organisational director of a major national group operating in the steel industry. In the following years, he led the transformation of the family business from steel trading to management consulting, advanced services, construction and agri-food.

After establishing his firm in 1992 and Gelati srl in 1995, he went on to create the Gelati Group in 2000, bringing together all his activities in the field of management consulting and business organisation: management consulting, business organisation and management control, quality, environmental and safety system certification, compliance with European directives – CE marking, product certification – international trademarks, staff training – recruitment and selection, occupational health and safety – environmental procedures, national and EU funding procedures, patent education and industrial trademark management, start-ups and development of new companies and new products, integrated design – engineering – technical appraisals, legal, tax and financial consulting and assistance.
