After graduating from High School, she immediately entered the world of cooking. First for pleasure, then later on, she discovered she could turn her passion into a real job.

So she typed ALMA on Google and within a year and a half, she graduated. From here, her working career immediately began.

ALMA gave her the opportunity to take on the role of Events Assistant Chef and to travel around Europe, through many countries around the world, encouraging her to explore new cultures, different cooking styles, to know raw materials and cooking techniques. It allowed her to grow not only from an operational and organisational point of view in the kitchen, but also from a personal perspective.

Once her experience with ALMA was over, she continued to travel around the kitchens of Italy: Piedmont, Veneto, Trentino, Valle d’Aosta, Lombardy, Sicily.

From a simple Commis, within 6 years she came to be in charge of two kitchens as Head Chef for the winter season in Trentino and Valle d’Aosta, then she worked at the Italian Pavilion at EXPO 2015 as the chef de partie at the first courses. This short period of six months represented to her a chance to know other cultures and make valuable contacts, which led her to work in Barcelona, for the Adrià brothers’ restaurant chain.

Then a new challenge: for about 2 years she worked, taught and managed lessons and events at the Scuola della Cucina Italiana in Milan.

Now, she has taken the decision to become her own Head Chef, as an Events and Catering Chef and as ALMA Ambassador.

“So with my suitcase always in hand and a good dose of problem solving in my pocket, I combine my two passions: travelling and cooking“.
