Lorenzo Nanni

After studying at the Hospitality school, Chef Nanni attended ALMA’s Culinary Techniques course, driven by the desire to continue his journey in the world of food and wine.

Thus began a path of collaborations with various local realities, but soon arose in him the desire to return to ALMA , where he first entered as an assistant and then as sous chef until he became a teaching chef on the Course for international students, Italian Culinary Program.
