Welcome to the brand new Steering Committee

To innovate, rethink its teaching approach, identify new strategies, and aim for new goals: this is how ALMA – La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana has been able, over more than 20 years of history, to maintain its leadership as the world’s leading center of advanced education for Hospitality professions.

Today, in a context marked by rapid change and innovation, the School once again reshapes the structure and composition of the team guiding its academic direction—remaining true to its mission of adapting to transformation and evolving in response to a restaurant industry that is constantly redefining itself.

As of January 1st of this year, following the natural conclusion of the Scientific Committee’s term, the new Steering Committee has been established: an independent advisory body supporting the Board of Directors and the School’s Executive Management.

The professionals and their respective areas of expertise are:

Pastry: Andrea Tortora
Hospitality: Mariella Organi
Communication, History and Culture: Davide Rampello
Gastronomic Physics: Davide Cassi
Breadmaking: Davide Longoni
