TFS: people talk!

As the milestone of The Food School’s first official year of operation approaches, the activities of the Bangkok School that hosts the ALMA branch are getting the Thai public talking. The popular magazine Gourmet Cuisine devotes its cover and the main inside to chefs, recipes, interviews and stories from The Food School courses, accompanied by an extensive and fascinating photo report.

Ample space is given to the figures credited with founding this international educational excellence; to the ALMA, Dusit and Tsuji Chefs who curate the courses in Italian, Thai and Japanese cuisines; and to the students who have created success stories in the restaurant world.
