After a long year that put many people’s dreams and projects on hold, ALMA welcomes back the group of international students who, from all over the world, have reached Colorno in the last week of February for the 7th edition of the Italian Culinary Program.
An exciting start for the students, the teachers and the whole school, because it was a sign of a concrete, albeit gradual, return to normality.
After a period of quarantine, as required by the regulations in force, which anticipated the arrival of the students of two weeks before the start of classes, the students finally arrived at ALMA for the official start of their educational path, marked by the traditional Opening Ceremony. They were welcomed by the School board, by the General Manager Andrea Sinigaglia and the Director of Education Chef Matteo Berti, by the teachers and the staff.
Now an intense period awaits them, consisting of a first phase dedicated to the knowledge of the basics of Italian Cuisine and then evolving into the second unit of the course in which the students will begin to “aim high” and discover the techniques and secrets of Italian fine-dining, to become true professionals of our Cuisine.
